SHIPPING INFO
We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Business Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. MavoPavo ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS Ground and Express delivers Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Order Turnaround Time - Next Business Day We want to ship your order as fast as is possible. Unless denoted otherwise, we typically ship your order on the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. If MavoPavo is out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive and an email will be sent to you giving you the option to wait or exchange. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Keeping Track Of Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number(UPS, www.ups.com) or Order Confirmation Number(USPS, www.usps.com). You can also contact orders@mavopavo.com for an update on your order status.
Specific Delivery Request Ground residential delivery times can only be estimated, so if a specific delivery date is required, please select express shipping services.
Refusal of Delivery If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by MavoPavo. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and surcharges of shipping the package to you. This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and/or any shipping surcharges.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Checking Order Status If you have placed an order with mavopavo.com, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided on your order confirmation email.
Tracking Packages To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the shipment notification email. In the confirmation email, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details. If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND INFO
The returned product must be in new and unused condition to insure full credit. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. You must email, returns@mavopavo.com, within 7 days after you received the item and you will be given a Return Request#. You must send the item back within 3 days after you received the Return# for exchange only (refunds for damaged items only). Additionally, personalized items and personal care items such as undergarments cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at returns@mavopavo.com. Please allow us up to 10 days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund.
Damaged and Defective Items MavoPavo strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving MavoPavo. If your order was shipped with UPS or Priority Mail and arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the item and ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage, and contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as item name, sku number, order number and date of purchase. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. Methods of Payment We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. We process credit cards on a secured server using the Yahoo! Shopping Cart or through a PayPal account. MavoPavo accepts the following credit cards:

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Checkout All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
Canceling an Order If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1-214-295-8330 or email orders@mavopavo.com before your order has shipped. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; if the item(s) have already shipped you can refuse the package (if shipped via UPS) or if USPS you must pay for postage to have the item sent back to MavoPavo. TAX INFO Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to Texas will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order (8.25%).
To be clear, the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), which was signed into law on October 21, 1998, does not, as some have asserted, preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the Internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax (and its rate) are the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted in a more traditional manner, such as over the phone or through mail order. The ITFA is intended to prevent any jurisdiction from imposing special taxes on Internet transactions, other than such taxes that a jurisdiction already has the ability to impose (e.g., sales tax; see below). The ITFA prevents the imposition of any such taxes through November 1, 2003. Currently, most e-commerce companies use the same taxation rules used by mail-order companies, which are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. Generally this means that states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations, and as a result, a company will not collect sales tax in states where they have no business operations. If someone were to order something from one of our catalogs, that person would only be charged sales tax if he or she shipped his or her order to a state where MavoPavo has physical operations. Example: If a person shipped something to Wyoming, MavoPavo would not be required to collect sales tax because it has no business operations in Wyoming. The ITFA also prohibits state and local governments from imposing taxes on Internet access charges, protects against the imposition of new tax liability for consumers and vendors involved in commercial transactions over the Internet, and creates a temporary commission to study taxation of Internet commerce and to report back to Congress in 18 months on whether the Internet ought to be taxed and, if so, how taxes can be applied without subjecting the Internet and electronic commerce to special, discriminatory, or multiple taxation.
